I compell all you non-hockey watching people to try and catch Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals on tv tonight…it’s on regular old TV.
This series with Carolina has been, by far, some of the best hockey I’ve seen in a long time – a total blast to watch.
And hey, both USA and France got goals in World Cup play! Quite a weekend. Okay, so the USA goal was put in by an Italian player on his own goal….still a ‘G’ on the scoresheet though!

Alas this is true. The Oilers had an excellent playoffs though and the series was awesome to watch.
It was cool to see veterans like Brind A’Mour and Wesley hoist the cup for the first time.
And Cam Ward…wtf. That dude’s insane good.
